Shipping Information

At Parci Parla home, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with fast, hassle-free shipping.

We offer the following delivery methods:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Selecting this method at checkout means that your item(s) will arrive at your destination within 7-10 business days*.

Free shipping on all US orders over $150.

* Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. In any case, you will be provided with a shipment tracking number.

3 DAYS SHIPPING

We can arrange 3 Days delivery* on in stock items to most destinations within the contiguous 48 states. An additional charge is added during checkout and this may vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s) that you are purchasing. Please contact us for the expedited shipping option.

DELIVERIES TO ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES, AND MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO)

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered by USPS with an additional charge. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

The standard shipping charge applies to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and will arrive within 4 to 6 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To access International Shipping, select your country of residence on the checkout page.

International shipping is calculated using a number of factors, including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country / region.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds for orders placed outside of the United States.

DELIVERY SURCHARGES

Items that are bulky, heavy, or of limited availability may have a delivery surcharge in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. This charge is shown on the checkout page by the item price and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges.

RESTOCKING FEES AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Returns are subject to restocking fees of up to 20% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. Parci Parla may assess the restocking fees and return shipping fees against the customer’s account or deduct the fees from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy. We do not accept any returns for orders placed outside of the United States.

Parci Parla reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

FAQ

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Unless otherwise stated, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds for orders placed outside of the United States. We will inspect all items when they arrive at our returns facility. The full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges will be refunded if your return is a result of our error or a defective product. If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge, insurance, and return shipping fees. This applies to both domestic and international returns. In case of items that are returned with signs of damage, refunds will not be applicable. You will receive a refund, including any customs, tariffs, and taxes on the order. Your refund will be issued within 21 business days after the package arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5 additional business days for processing. If you have any questions or concerns about credit posting, please contact your financial institution.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number is sent to your email address after we ship your order.
